Northwest Import Parts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and also Visa/MasterCard debit cards. After filling out our online checkout form an order number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you prefer you can call us and place your order on the phone. Checks must clear before the order is shipped. Our minimum parts order is $10.00

Returns
Returns will be accepted that are postmarked not more than 30 days after the shipping date. After that there will be a restocking charge of 20%. Part must be unused and in new-sale condition. No returns after six months.
Warranties
Warranties are that of the manufacturers and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval. The warranty period varies by manufacturer. Northwest Import Parts LLC shall not be liable for labor, incidental, or consequential damages as a result of the failure of any part. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is made. Northwest Import Parts LLC is not associated or endorsed by the MG Car Company.
